Compare to Quicken 2017 with an expiration date in 2018 and a cost of $49.99 list. If you have Quicken 2015 it "expires" in 2018 Quicken 2016 "expires in 2019 and Quicken 2017 will expire in 2020. Quicken 2017 has a 3 Year download expiration so it is good for downloads/online until 2020. Quicken 2018 has been released and it's little changed from 2017 BUT it's now subscription based.you buy it for a year.
